We are specialized in the construction of guide pillars and guide bushes for blanking die, plastic printing and casting die. Quality of the products, reliability and customer satisfaction are the primary objects. We offer technologically leading machine and semi-skilled personnel. The primary material used is stainless steel UNI 7846. The products are being heat treated, case hardening and tempering of 0,8 ' 1 mm, hardness 61 ' 63 HRC, adjusted. For higher load and when the application may require the maximal protection against seizure, we apply bushes into the steel sleeves. Also on request and if needed special material may he used such 1.2344 (hot moulding) and 1.8509 (for plastic).
